Stir- Fried Shrimp in Prik Khing Curry Paste
Stir-Fried Shrimp in Prik Khing Curry Paste or " Phad Prik Khing Gung " in Thai. This is what real Thai stir-fry should be like. It is dry. This is one of dish full of flavour and spices and nice textures. Phad Prik Khing Paste is from chili, galangal, cilantro, lemongrass, shallots and garlic. I like to cook this dish when I am in hurry because quick and yummy. My husband and I like it too. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1) 20 medium shrimps
2) 1 cup green bean
3) 3 Tbsp Prik Khing curry paste
4) 2 Tbsp canola oil
5) 1 tsp lite soy sauce or fish sauce
6) 1 tsp sugar
7) 3 kaffir lime leaves
Preparation:
1)Clean shrimps and peel shell
2)Cut 1.5 " lenght green beans
3) Slice kaffir lime leaves
4) Put oil into pan with medium and wait pan get hot then add phad prik khing curry
Stir well
5) Add sliced thinly kaffir lime leaves into pan and stir a minute
6) Add green bean into the pan
7) Stir well another 1 minute
8) Add shrimps into pot
9) Stir untill shrimps is cooked and enjoy!
