Fried rice with baby bok choy

 Fried rice with baby bok choy or  Khow Phad Sai  Baby Bok Choy ; ข้าวผัดใส่ต้นบ๊อกซอย in Thai. 

Ingredients:
1) 2 cups cooked rice
2) 3 eggs
3) 1 Tbsp fish sauce
4) 1 tsp sugar
5) 2 Tbsp vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce
6) 2 Tbsp canola oil
7) 21 baby bok choy
8) 3 cloves of minced garlic
9) 1 sprig cilantro and 1 green onion for garnish
Preparation:
1) There are the ingredients you will need.
 2) Wash baby bok choy, green onion and cilantro. Cut green onion and cilantro into small pieces. Pee; garlic then wash dirt, then mince it.
 3) Heat canola oil in a pan on medium to high heat.
 4) When the oil is hot, add minced garlic into the pan. Stir fry until fragrant.
 5) Add cooked rice. Stir fried for 30 seconds.
 6) Then season with vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce, fish sauce , and sugar.
 7) Make room for eggs in the middle then scramble with spatula.
 8) Spread eggs in a thin layer until the egg is cooked.
 9) when the eggs are cooked. Stir well until the egg and rice get together.
 10) Add baby bok choy.
 11) Keep stir well until baby bok choy is getting soft. Turn off the heat.
12) Place on a serving plate. Enjoy :-)

Vegetarian Stir-fried Bok Choy with Shitake

Vegetarian Stir-fried Bok Choy with Shitake or " Phad Bok Choy Sai Hed Horm" This is easy and simple dish but very healthy and delicious.

Ingredients:
1) 30 heads of baby bok Choy
2) 5 cloves garlic
3) 2 Tbsp canola oil
4) 14 white shitake

Ingredients for the sauce
1) 3 Tbsp thin soy sauce
2) 3 Tbsp water
3) 1 Tbsp Sugar
4) 1 Tbsp lime juice
5) 1 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
6) 1 Tbsp Sriracha chili Sauce

Preparation:
1) Soak dried shitake with water until soft.

2) Wash baby boy choy and pat dry, when the mushrooms are soft, press out all of water and set aside.

3) Peel garlic and mince.
4) In a small mixing bowl, add all ingredients sauce and mix well.
5) Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
6) When the oil is hot, add minced garlic. Stir well until fragrant.
7) Add shitake.
8) Add half of the mixture of sauce and stir well until mushrooms are cooked.
9) Add bok choy.
10) Pour the remaining sauce all over the bok choy.
11) Keep stir well until bok choy get soft. Then remove from the heat.
12) Place bok choy on the dish first.

13) Put the mushrooms in the middle of bok choy, look stunning and enjoy!

Stir-fried Shrimp and Bok Choy with Soy Bean Paste

This is quick and simple dish that we called Stir-fried Shrimp and Bok Choy with Soy Bean Paste or " Gung Phad Tao Jiao Bok Choy กุ้งผัดเต้่าเจี้ยวบ๊อกซอย".

Ingredients:
1) 15 shrimps
2) 2 cups bok choy
3) 3 cloves garlic
4) 3 fresh chilies
5) 1/2 Tbsp sugar
6) 1 and 1/2 Tbsp thin soy sauce
7) 1/2 Tbsp soy bean paste
8) 2 Tbsp canola oil

Preparation:1) Clean and peel shell shrimps.
2) Wash bok choy and cut into 1.5 " length.
3) Peel garlic and remove stems from fresh chilies, use mortar and pestle grind them.

4) Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
5) Add ground fresh chilies and garlic into the pan. Stir-fried until fragrant.
6) Add shrimps.

7) Season with soy bean paste, thin soy sauce and sugar.
8) Keep stir well until shrimps are cooked.
9) Add cut boy choy.
10) Stir well for a minute and remove from the heat. Place in a plate and enjoy!
