Thai Green Beans Salad ( Esaan Style)

 Thai Green Beans Salad ( Esaan Style); ส้มตำถั่วฝักยาว

Ingredients:
1) 12 long green beans
2) 1 cup Cherry tomato
3) 2 Tbsp  lime juice
4) 1 Tbsp tamarind juice
5) 1 1/2  Tbsp fish sauce
6) 1/2 Tbsp palm sugar
7) 1 clove garlic
8) 9 dried  chillies
9) 1/8 Tbsp salt
10) 1 tsp shrimp paste

Preparation:
1) Wash long green beans and cherry tomato. Peel garlic and Remove dried chillies stems.
 2) Cut long green beans into 1 " length.
 3) Add dried chillies, garlic and salt then well pound in a mortar.

 3) Add cut green beans.
 4) Gentle crush up your long green beans in the mortar.
 5) Add shrimp paste.
 6) Palm sugar, fish sauce, tamarind juice and lime juice.
 7) Cut cherry tomato in half.
 8) Gently crush, and mix thoroughly.

 9) Spoon onto a plate, serve with fresh sticky rice or here I serve with hard boiled eggs.
