Ingredients:
1) 2 cups cold cooked rice
2) 10 cloves of garlic
3) 2 Tbsp butter
4) 2 eggs.
5) 2 stalks green onion
6) 1/2 Tbsp thin soy sauce
7) 1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce
8) 1 tsp sugar
9) 2 Tbsp canola oil
10) 1/8 white pepper
Preparation:
1) Cold cooked rice .
2) Thin soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, eggs and butter.
3) Bring 3 cloves of garlic to slice thinly and crush the rest of it.4) Wash and finely chop the green onion.
5) Deep fried sliced garlic until turn in to gold color.
6) Take it out from the pan and drain in paper tower.
7) Heat oil in frying pan.
8) Add garlic, fry till fragrant.
9) Scramble eggs with spatula.
10) Stir till it is cooked.
11) Add rice and fry for a few minute.
12) Then season with oyster sauce, thin soy sauce and sugar.
13) Then fry for a minute.
14) Add green onion.
15) Keep stir well until green onion is getting soft. Turn off the heat.
16) Served hot garnished with fried garlic and sprinkle with white pepper.

ReplyDeleteHey, thank you so much for the recipe! I really want to try making this, but I had a question. When do you add the butter in? Is it with the soy sauce and oyster sauce? And what exactly is thin soy sauce? I only have light and dark soy sauce in my pantry.
