Stuffed green peppers with ground fish and red curry paste

 Stuffed green peppers with ground fish and red curry paste or Hor Mok Pla ; ห่อหมกปลา.

Ingredients:
1) 0.69 Lb. Tilapia fillet
2) 1 egg
3) 2 Tbsp fish sauce
4 ) 4 green pepper
5) 2 Tbsp red curry
6) 1/2 Tbsp sugar
7) 1/2 can coconut milk ( 1 cup )
8) 1 cups sliced napa
9) 1 cup Thai basil
 for garnish1) 1 Tbsp rice flour

2) 3 kaffir lime leaves
3) 2 fresh chilies

4) 4 sprigs cilantro

Preparation:
1) Wash all vegetables and pat to dry.

 2) Red curry paste.
 3) Wash the fish and pat dry.
 4) Grind the tilapia.
 5) Pour water in a pot then bring to boil in a medium heat, on the mean time cut napa into small pieces.
 6) When the water is boiling, add cut napa to boil for 2-5 minutes.
 7) Pour out the hot water and drain in cold water and squeeze napa to bring water out and set aside.
 8) Open the top of green pepper and take the seeds out.
 9) In a mixing bowl, add ground fish, coconut milk, sugar, fish sauce and red curry and stir to mix.


 10) Add Thai basil and squeezed napa on the bottom of each green pepper.
 11) Then fill each of green pepper with the mixture.

 12) Bring to steam for 25-30 minutes.
 13) In a small bowl, add1 Tbsp of rice flour and 1 Tbsp of water.
 14) Wash kaffir lime leaves and fresh chillies, pat dry, tear kaffir lime leaves in halves, and remove central stems, finely slice and slice chillies
 15) After steamed for 25 minutes, open the steamer then top with the mixing of water and rice flour.
 16) Top with some sliced kaffir lime leaves, sliced and chilies. Cover the lid for another 5-10 minutes, then the fish should be cooked.
 17) Place  Hor Mok Pla on a plate and serve immediately.
