Stir-fried tofu wrapped with fried beaten egg

Stir-fried tofu wrapped with fried beaten egg or Khai Yud Sai; ใข่ยัดใส้.

Ingredients
1) 1 piece firm tofu
2) 3 large eggs
3) 1 Tbsp thin soy sauce
4) 1 Tbsp tomato sauce
5) 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
6) 2 tsp sugar
7) 1 tsp ground pepper
8) 1/2 cup diced onion
9) 1/2 cup cut green beans
10) 1 tomato
11) 7 hot Thai chilies
12) 1 and 1/2 Tbsp canola oil
13) 4 cloves garlic

Preparation:
1) Here is some ingredients.
 2) Beat eggs, add thin soy sauce, and mix well. Heat oil about 1/2 Tbsp in a pan on high heat.

 3) When oil is hot, spread the oil, pour the egg, and spread it in a thin layer over the pan.



 4) Remove from the pan, and set aside as a wrapper.

 5) Cut tofu into smal pieces.

 5) Peel onion and garlic. Cut onion and green beans into small dice, cut tomato in quarter, remove all seeds, and cut into small pieces. Mi garlic.

 6) Heat oil in a same pan on medium heat, When the oil is hot, add minced garlic.
 7) Add tofu.
 8) Add diced onion, fry until fragrant then add tomato, long green beans and hot Thai pepper.
 9) Keep stir fried until all vegetable is getting soft.
 10) Then season with thin soy sauce, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and ground pepper.
 11) Stir quickly, then remove from heat.
 12) Place stir-fried tofu in the omelet wrapper. Them fold it up from the bottom.  See photos.





 14) Before I serve, I cut the end of both side. Cut into a 1 " length and place on a serving plate.

 15) Garnish with cilantro leaves and finely sliced fresh chillies, then serve immediately.
