Stir-fried Shrimp and cabbage with Soy Bean Paste

Stir-fried Shrimp and cabbage with Soy Bean Paste or " Gung Phad Tao Jiao Kra Lum Pli กุ้งผัดเต้่าเจี้ยวกะหล่ำปลี".

1) 15 shrimps
2) 3 cups cabbage3) 4 cloves garlic
4) 6 fresh chilies
5) 1/2 Tbsp sugar
6) 2 Tbsp thin soy sauce
7) 1/2 Tbsp soy bean paste
8) 2 Tbsp canola oil

1) Clean and peel shell shrimp.
2) Wash cabbage and cut into small bite.
3) Peel garlic and remove stems from fresh chilies, use mortar and pestle grind them.

4) Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
5) When the oil is hot, add fresh chilies and garlic.
6) Stir-fried until fragrant.
7) Add shrimp.
8) Seasonings with thin soy sauce, sugar and soy bean paste.
9) Stir well until shrimp is done.
10) Add cut cabbage.
11) Stir thoroughly until cabbage is getting soft, remove from the heat and place to serving plate . Enjoy!
